ASKATESH Engineering Centre

The main goal of the center is to bring the results of scientific research of the Institute to a commercial product, the development and creation of new high-performance machines, their production to solve the problems of technical equipment of mining enterprises and energy construction enterprises.

The activities of the Centre are

development of design documentation for the manufacture of mechanisms and machines for various purposes;

development of full-featured computer models of products and devices;

diagnostics of hydraulic mining, construction and road equipment;

production of a wide range of high-precision and high-tech prototypes of products; manufacture of non-standard hydraulic equipment;

mechanical processing of parts by grinding, milling, drilling;

grinding of parts (internal, external, flat);

Welding of parts by means of gas welding;

Flexibility, rolling parts,

Repair and manufacture of parts and components of any complexity

repair of hydraulic equipment, hydraulic hammers, excavators, drilling rigs, etc.,

maintenance of mining and road construction equipment.

The production base of the Engineering Center is a research and production site focused on working with a wide range of partners from large companies and manufacturers to universities and start-ups, and includes pilot production, design and technology department.

Pilot production consists of a procurement, thermal, machining site and locksmithing and assembly sites, there is equipment for the manufacture of rubber products and allows small-scale production of high-tech products developed by scientists and engineers of the Institute.
